Redtenbacher’s Funkestra and Nicolas Meier Trio?at the Farncombe Cavern

We nearly had withdrawal symptoms as we did not perform at ?the Farncombe Cavern?in May, but we’re back at?with our regular Funkateers on Friday 1st June from 8 to 10:30 pm.
Entry will be ?8 on the door, ?6 advance, ?5 for students.

Our line up is as follows:

• Mike Sturgis – drums
• Eran Kendler – guitar
• Jim Hunt – tenor sax
• Sid Gauld – trumpet
• Rob Taggart – keys
• Stefan Redtenbacher – Bass and other noises 🙂

Last ?month we missed our usual monthly appearance as we were busy tweaking the mixes for the new album ‘The Cooker’,?so at this gig,?we’ll mostly be playing tunes from the new album?and are really keen to gauge your response!

Also Appearing

It is also our great pleasure to announce that the fabulous guitarist Nicolas Meier will perform a set in a trio setting with Demi Garcia on percussion and Kevin Glasgow on bass.

We are also planning to get Nic on stage with the funkestra to play a tune (or two) with us.
